Does sticker size affect print quality?
Size doesn’t reduce print quality on its own — but your artwork resolution has to match the size. A small logo file blown up to a 12-inch decal will look pixelated. As a rule, supply vector art (which scales infinitely) or raster art at 300 DPI at the final printed size. Fine details (thin lines, small text) also need a minimum size to print cleanly: keep text above about 6pt and lines above 0.5pt. - Subtract a margin. Leave at least 10–15% breathing room so the sticker doesn’t crowd edges or wrap around corners.
